Datakit announces V2024.2 of its technical data exchange solutions. Datakit is focused on advanced interoperability, providing the capabilities for end-users and software companies to easily convert reliable and complete technical data of both parts and assemblies.

Here is what the Datakit version of its technical data exchange solutions allows users to do:

  • Retrieve Creo View PMIs no matter which mode is being used to design or store: Creo or Creo View
  • Read all Catia V6 / 3DExperience attributes (colour, visibility, etc …) for 2023x and 2024x
  • Manage component visibility in a view for Inventor
  • Enhance the quality of the mesh transformation of our Parasolid kernel
  • Retrieve added leaf prototype components bounding box for Revit
  • Speed up the import of SolidEdge huge parts with a large number of bodies where optimization improves as the number of bodies grows.

The company has added compatibility with major CAD versions: Catia V5 up to V5-6R2024, Fusion 2.0-18460, Parasolid 36.1, NX 2312 series (until 2312.4000).
